We offer 10% discount for all B & B stays of 4 nights or more during Winter from Monday to Thursday.

I regret we cannot accommodate persons for single nights at busy times.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cheques should be made payable to Penny Cadogan. Card payments can be taken over the telephone. Payment can be made by Debit Card / Credit Card. There is a 3% surcharge for Credit Card payments.
WASHBROOK BARN IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY
This is a very small business and it is extremely difficult to absorb the loss of revenue that late cancellations mean. I therefore have to apply a standard policy on cancellations. If you do have to cancel a booking, I will try to re-let your room, however if I can’t do this I have to ask you to pay:
30% of the total room charges for cancellations within 28 days.
60% for cancellations within 14 days
100% for cancellations within 2 days
