A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cheques should be made payable to Penny Cadogan. Card payments can be taken over the telephone. Payment can be made by Debit Card / Credit Card. There is a 3% surcharge for Credit Card payments
Please note that our normal policy is to take payment for the balance of your stay on arrival. This can be made by cash or debit card (or credit card with a 3% surcharge).
WASHABROOK BARN IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY
This is a very small business and it is extremely difficult to absorb the loss of revenue that late cancellations mean. I therefore have to apply a standard policy on cancellations. If you do have to cancel a booking, I will try to re-let your room, however if I can’t do this I have to ask you to pay:
30% of the total room charges for cancellations within 28 days.
60% for cancellations within 14 days
100% for cancellations within 2 days
We had a fabulous weekend in the Barn. It was all that was promised and more. We'll most definitely be back!
